Mit einem Background als regenerative Gärtnerin, Politikwissenschaftlerin, Bewohnerin eines soziokratisch organisierten Ökodorfs und Co-Founderin von Soilful (transformative Gemüsefarmen für Organisationen) fließt in Tatjanas Arbeitsweise ihre Erfahrung mit natürlichen und sozialen Systemen zusammen. Sie begleitet Unternehmen, Start-ups, NPOs/NGOs, Wohnprojekte und landwirtschaftliche Betriebe bei der Organisationsentwicklung mit Soziokratie und ergänzenden Methoden.
Tatjana wants to contribute to solving the diverse and complex challenges of our time with united wisdom and constructive cooperation. She opens up spaces for the organic growth of vibrant, fruitful organisations and teams and supports them in their development.
As a child, Tatjana tried to get to the bottom of things by asking WHY countless times. As she grew older, the WHAT began to germinate with the desire to make a contribution to a sustainable world. She studied political science, worked as a business and political consultant in the field of renewable energies, trained as a regenerative gardener and in permaculture, founded an organic vegetable farm and has been an active co-creator of an ecovillage for many years.
Along the way, she met many people with great ideas and skills. At the same time, she found that it was often not so easy to realise them together. She thus increasingly focussed on the HOW, for which she found good answers with sociocracy. Today, she is happy to use her experience in self-organised collaboration, learning organisations, new work, non-violent communication, dragon dreaming and regenerative practices to jointly create effective solutions for fulfilling working and living environments.
Tatjana will dazu beitragen, dass wir die vielfältigen und komplexen Herausforderungen unserer Zeit mit vereinter Weisheit und konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit lösen können. Sie öffnet Räume für das organische Wachstum lebendiger, fruchtbarer Organisationen und Teams und begleitet sie bei ihrer Entfaltung.
Als Kind versuchte Tatjana, den Dingen in ihrer Umgebung mit unzähligen Fragen nach dem WARUM auf den Grund zu gehen. Als sie älter wurde, begann sich das WAS neben dem Warum zu formen. In ihr keimte der Wunsch, einen Beitrag zu einer zukunftsfähigen Welt zu leisten. Sie studierte Politikwissenschaften, arbeitete als Unternehmens- und Politikberaterin im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, machte eine Ausbildung als regenerative Gärtnerin und in Permakultur, gründete einen Bio-Gemüsebaubetrieb und war viele Jahre aktive Mitgestalterin eines Ökodorfs.
Auf ihrem Weg traf sie viele Menschen mit unglaublich tollen Ideen und Fähigkeiten. Gleichzeitig erlebte sie, dass es oft gar nicht so leicht war, diese gemeinsam umzusetzen. Damit rückte die Frage nach dem WIE immer mehr in ihren Fokus, für die sie unter anderem mit Hilfe der Soziokratie gute Antworten fand. Heute freut sie sich, mit ihren Erfahrungen rund um selbstorganisierte Zusammenarbeit, lernende Organisationen, New Work, Gewaltfreie Kommunikation, Dragon Dreaming und regenerative Praktiken gemeinsam wirksame Lösungen für erfüllende Arbeits- und Lebenswelten zu kreieren.
