Orli specialises in applying Sociocracy to families. she’s a Couples and Family and Sex therapist and supervisor, MSW., Imago Relationship Worldwide (IRW)senior trainer, Co-chair of Imago Israel, Member of the Imago Faculty Dean Team. She’s the main force in implementing Sociocracy at IRW, and the facilitator of some main circles. Facilitator of the Imago Peace Project who’s responsible of creating the Communologue - Safe Communication in Groups, implementing it around the world, and combining it with Sociocracy. - - -

אורלי מומחית בסוציוקרטיה במשפחה. מטפלת ומדריכה זוגית, משפחתית ומינית. MSW, מכשירת מטפלים בכירה מטעם ארגון האימאגו הבינלאומי (IRW), יו״ר אימאגו ישראל. בשנים האחרונות לוקחת תפקיד מרכזי בהטמעת הסוציוקרטיה ב IRW, מלמדת ומובילה מעגלים מרכזים בארגון. אורלי היא גם מיוצרי הקומיונולוג - דיאלוג בטוח בקבוצה ובין קבוצות, שותפה בפרויקטים מקומיים ובינלאומיים, ובהוראת הקומיונולוג ברחבי העולם. בשנים האחרונות מלמדת סוציוקרטיה במשפחה, וכיצד לשלב את הקומיונולוג בסוציוקרטיה.

Born in Israel, I have been involved in Peace work for as long as I remember. I have a B.A at the Department of Near Eastern studies, at the Hebrew University, including a teaching degree in Arabic from 1980. I was involved in the Palestinian Israeli Imago Project from 2002 – 2008, and in the Jewish-Arab Co-Existence Group from 2006. I’m a clinical social worker, MSW from the Bar Ilan university, 1992, and work as a senior couples and family and sex therapist and supervisor. In the years 2000-2008, I was a teacher in the Family Medicine Department at the Hadassah Hospital, and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Since 2000 I specialize in Imago therapy, became an Imago Workshop Presenter in 2004, and a member of the clinical and teaching Faculty, of Imago since 2010. At 2019 the Imago International Organization (IRW) adopted Sociocracy, and it was then I’ve started my training with John Buck, and since then been the main force in implementing Sociocracy in the IRW. I’m also the co-chair of Imago Israel for the last 12 years. Since 9/11, I’ve joined a group of dedicated professionals, making it our goal to develop the Imago concepts, to a tool to be used to create and maintain safe communication in groups. Since then, I’ve been teaching Communologue around the globe. In my Sociocracy journey I’m combining Sociocracy and Communologue, teaching Communologue in sociocracy courses, and developing ways to implement Sociocracy in families.

נולדתי בישראל, ומאז שאני זוכרת את עצמי אני מעורבת בפעילות למען השלום. יש לי ב.א. בערבית ומזרח תיכון מהאוניברסיטה העברית, ותעודת הוראה בערבית משנת 1980. הובלתי את פרויקט האימאגו הישראלי-פלסטינאי בין השנים 2002-2008, ואת הקבוצה הערבית יהודית לדו-קיום מאז 2006. אני מטפלת ומדריכה זוגית, משפחתית ומינית בכירה. המאסטר שלי הוא בעבודה סוציאלית קלינית מאוניברסיטת בר אילן 1992. בשנים 2002-2008 לימדתי במחלקה לרפואת משפחה בבית החולים הדסה ובאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. משנת 2000 אני מתמחה בשיטת האימאגו, מנחת סדנאות אימאגו לזוגות, ומשתתפת בצוות ההוראה של ארגון האימאגו הבינלאומי. בשתיים עשרה השנה האחרונות אני גם יו”ר שותפה של אימאגו ישראל. בשנת 2019 אימץ הארגון הבינלאומי את שיטת הסוציוקרטיה, התחלתי את הקורס הראשון אצל ג’ון באק, ומאז אני הרוח החיה בהטמעת הסוציוקרטיה בארגון האימאגו הבינלאומי. לאחר אסון התאומים ב2001, חברתי לקבוצת אנשי מקצוע מסורים, הנקראת פרויקט השלום, ששמה לה למטרה להשתמש בכלי הדיאלוג של האימאגו ובכלים נוספים, ליצירת תהליך לדיאלוג בטוח בקבוצה ובין קבוצות – הקומיונולוג. מאז אני מלמדת את הקומונולוג במקומות רבים בעולם. במסע שלי בעולם הסוציוקרטי אני מלמדת כיצד לשלב את הקומיונולוג, וכן מתמחה בשילוב עבודת סוציוקרטיה וקומיונולוג במשפחה.
