Passionate facilitator for collaboration. Lisa studied International management in DE, NL and CH. Bringing tools for collaboration into schools and creating participatory learning experiences for the youth is her passion. Lisa hat Internationales Management in DE, NL und CH studiert. Ihre Leidenschaft ist es, Tools für die Co-Kreation und Kollaboration in Schulen zu bringen und partizipative Lernerfahrungen für die Jugend zu schaffen. Die Anwendung der soziokratischen Prinzipien, auch für die innere Entscheidungsfindung, war für sie eine Öffnung des Geistes und des Herzens.

Passionate facilitator for co-creation and collaboration. Lisa studied International management with minors in resource- and environmental engineering. During that she discovered her super-power of bringing people together and facilitating them towards a common goal by overcoming the ego and competitive thinking. She is a practitioner in the Art of Hosting meaningful conversations, Inner Sociocracy, Dynamic Facilitation, Flow Game Host and is getting things done by adapting the knowledge of natural cycles and laws. Bringing tools for collaboration into schools and creating participatory learning experiences for the youth is her passion. Since 2015 she has promoted the sociocratic open election as a method for the election of the class representative to support creative and collaborative decision making in schools by creating material, giving workshops in schools and training teachers. She is ready to think and act big to bring sociocracy and other collaborative methods into the education sector.

Leidenschaftliche Prozessbegleiterin für Co-Kreation und Kollaboration. Lisa hat Internationales Management mit Schwerpunkt Ressourcen- und Umweltengineering studiert. Dabei entdeckte sie ihre große Fähigkeit, Menschen zusammenzubringen und sie zu einem gemeinsamen Ziel zu führen, indem sie ihnen hilft Ego und Konkurrenzdenken zu überwinden. Neben der Soziokratie ließen die Haltungen und Methoden Art of Hosting, Dynamic Facilitation, Flow Game und zyklus-orientiertes Projektmanagment in ihr Leben und ihre Arbeit. Ihr Fokus ist es, Tools für Co-Kreation und Kollaboration in Schulen zu bringen und partizipative Lernerfahrungen für junge Menschen zu schaffen. Seit 2015 bewirbt sie die soziokratische offene Wahl als Methode zur Wahl der Klassensprecher*innen, um kreative und kooperative Entscheidungsfindung in Schulen zu unterstützt. Sie erstellt Lernmaterialien, gibt Workshops in Schulen und bietet Weiterbildungen für Lehrkräfte an. Sie ist bereit, groß zu denken und zu handeln, um Soziokratie und andere Methoden der Kollaboration in den Bildungssektor zu bringen.
