Janna Buchele has been an independent organizational developer, supervisor, coach and mediator for many years. She founded the Sociocracy Center in Leipzig and is active in local politics as well as in the area of orientation towards the common good. She advises small and medium-sized companies on all aspects of participatory and collegial leadership, with systemic attitude and sociocracy being the foundations on which she stands.
