Agnes Goldenbeld (1965), MSc political science en took the basic training for organizational advisors at Sioo. She received her training as a certified sociocratic organization expert at the Sociocratic Center Netherlands (SCN), where she also served as director for several years. In 2023 she became a recertified CSE with the ISCB.
Agnes has extensive experience in health and welfare. She trained and advised professionals, directors, boards, supervisory boards and teams and guided several organizations in implementing the SCM.
In addition, she held various (interim) positions as manager and director, such as at an organization in mental health care, a hospice and the SCN.
It is her mission to let leaders and professionals in care and welfare gain experience with the SCM, so they can discover that it really is possible to connect bottom-up and top-down processes, improve collaboration and make organizations more manageable.
Clients often let her know that she works carefully and brings clarification, with respect for the organization and with an eye for the personal experiences of those involved.

Agnes Goldenbeld (1965) is politicoloog en volgde de basisopleiding voor organisatieadviseurs bij het Sioo. Haar opleiding tot gecertificeerd sociocratisch organisatiedeskundige volgde ze bij het Sociocratisch Centrum Nederland (SCN), waar ze ook een aantal jaren directeur was. In 2023 werd ze gehercertificeerd CSE bij het ISCB.
Agnes heeft ruime ervaring in zorg en welzijn. Ze trainde en adviseerde professionals, bestuurders, directies, raden van toezicht en teams en begeleidde meerdere organisaties bij het invoeren van de SKM.
Daarnaast vervulde ze verschillende (interim)functies als manager en directeur, zoals bij een organisatie in de GGZ, een hospice en het SCN.
Het is haar missie om leiders en professionals in zorg en welzijn ervaring te laten opdoen met de SKM, zodat ze kunnen ontdekken dat het echt mogelijk is om bottom-up en top-down processen met elkaar te verbinden, samenwerking te verbeteren en organisaties beter bestuurbaar te maken.
Opdrachtgevers laten haar vaak weten dat ze zorgvuldig te werk gaat, verheldering brengt, met respect voor de organisatie en met oog voor de persoonlijke ervaringen van de betrokkenen.
