Florian Bauernfeind

Co-founder of the Sociocracy Center Austria and en:tribe. He is an entrepreneur with decades of experience, also in the non-profit sector, and lives in a sociocratic co-housing project. Florian works as a moderator, trainer and consultant for sociocracy in English and German. Florian arbeitet als Moderator, Trainer und Berater für Soziokratie in englischer und deutscher Sprache. Expertise bietet er auch bei Organisationsentwicklung, Change Prozessen, Teamentwicklung, Selbstorganisation und Bürgerbeteiligung.

Born 1981 in Vienna Austria, traveled and lived in the USA, Canada. Currently based in Vienna Austria. Lives with his family in a sociocratic Cohousing-Project in Vienna together with 70 Adults and 30 Kids.
Florian is Co-founder of the Sociocracy Center Austria and CEO since 2016. He built up the Corporate Identity, branding, marketing and supported spreading Sociocracy in the German speaking area. He also played a key-role in founding the Association of German speaking Sociocracy Centers in 2020.

Geboren 1981 in Wien, bereiste und lebte in den USA, Kanada. Derzeit ansässig in Wien, Österreich. Lebt mit seiner Familie in einem soziokratischen Cohousing-Projekt in Wien zusammen mit 70 Erwachsenen und 30 Kindern.
Florian ist Mitbegründer des Soziokratie Zentrums Österreich und seit 2016 Geschäftsführer. Er baute die Corporate Identity auf, sowie Branding und Marketing und förderte dadurch die Verbreitung von Soziokratie im deutschsprachigen Raum. Er war auch maßgeblich an der Gründung des Verbandes deutschsprachiger Soziokratie Zentren im Jahr 2020 beteiligt.
