Founder of Sociocracy Center Switzerland and co-founder of Association of German-speaking Sociocracy Centers. My expertise is in accompanying entrepreneurs, NGOs/NPOs and pioneers during the transformation processes in their organisations or start-ups. My first business experiences took place in the 80’ in Zurich at the famous Bahnhofstrasse. That is where I learned the value of customer satisfaction and made my first steps in international behaviour. Later on I worked for different employers in Banking, Industry and international big NGO. Soon I was asked to be part of the Management. Ever since I was searching for new methods of coworking with more equality between Management and staff. In 2012 I heard for the first time about sociocracy and 2017 I completed the training to be a Certified Sociocracy Expert. My recertification took place in Sept. 2021. Since 2013 I accompanied and coached many different organisations and enterprises to install participation and Sociocracy.
